When Texas Bomanite took on the task of transforming the exterior pool courtyard at Santander Tower in Downtown Dallas, they weren’t just signing up for a simple slab pour. Woods Capital Management, the project’s Client, envisioned a luxurious, resort-style pool deck, while TBG Partners, the Project Designer, ensured that every detail contributed to a sleek, high-end aesthetic. Working under the leadership of the Main Contractor, Adolfson & Peterson Construction, Texas Bomanite tackled a challenging setup: an elevated, partially enclosed deck with limited space for materials. With no staging area near the pour site, the team set up shop in the parking garage, hauling buckets of mixed Bomanite Revealed to the work area—a task requiring both stamina and strategy.

Precision and perseverance defined this installation. With three dedicated crew members tirelessly transporting material by hand, the process became a true testament to Texas Bomanite’s work ethic. Despite the logistical hurdles, they maintained the highest standards, ensuring every inch of the 1,000-square-foot deck was installed with expert craftsmanship. Their ability to adapt to site constraints and maintain consistency resulted in a finished product that was as functional as it was visually striking.

To achieve the designer’s vision, Texas Bomanite created a custom blend of Bomanite Exposed Aggregate Systems using Bomanite White Revealed Base infused with Imperial White and Titanium Dioxide for added brightness. This specialized mixture produced a clean, contemporary aesthetic that not only complemented the surrounding architecture but also enhanced the luxury feel of the space. The 1/2-inch thick Bomanite Revealed installation provided a seamless, elegant look while offering long-term durability—a must for any high-traffic pool deck.
